Abstract
This article explores the significance of social health within the framework of Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine that emphasizes holistic well-being. The article delves into key Ayurvedic concepts such as Achar Rasayana (ethical conduct) and Sadvritta (righteous living), which provide guidelines for promoting social harmony and ethical behavior.
