1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a manuscript, registering as an author, reviewer, or editorial board member, or otherwise using any service offered by IJMABHR, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or its services.

2. Eligibility and Author Responsibilities
  1. Authors submitting manuscripts must be the rightful owners of the work or have obtained necessary permissions for any third-party material used.
  2. Authors are responsible for the accuracy, originality, and ethical conduct of the research submitted, including proper disclosure of conflicts of interest and adherence to informed-consent requirements where applicable (see our Statement of Informed Consent).
  3. Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin or an equivalent tool. Submissions found to contain plagiarism, fabricated data, duplicate publication, or other misconduct may be rejected or withdrawn, in line with our Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.
3. Editorial Decisions
  1. The final decision to accept, reject, or request revisions rests with the Editor-in-Chief or an assigned handling editor.
  2. Editorial decisions are final and are not subject to appeal beyond the process described in our Publication Ethics policy.
4. Article Processing Charges (APC)
  1. There is no submission fee. APC is charged only after a manuscript is accepted for publication.
  2. The APC applicable to your manuscript is the one displayed on our Author Fees (APC) page at the time of submission. Any change in fees will not affect manuscripts already submitted.
  3. APC waivers are available as described, along with their conditions, on our Author Fees (APC) page.
  4. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy.
5. Copyright and Licensing
  1. Authors retain the copyright of their articles published in IJMABHR. By submitting a manuscript, authors grant IJMABHR / Anfo Publication House a non-exclusive right to publish, archive, and distribute the article.
  2. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
  3. Users may share, copy, redistribute, and adapt published material for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given and any adapted material is distributed under the same license.
  4. Commercial use of a published article requires prior written permission from the author(s).
  5. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any third-party material included in their work.
