The objective if written review paper on antifungal nail lacquer which is used in treatment of onychomycosis nail fungal disorder was focus on the disease causes and treatment by nail lacquer, onychomycosis is common fungal nail infection causes by the pathogens. In this article several methods are described for the drug delivery through nail by incorporating the permeability enhancer. Nail lacquer is mostly applicable for those drugs which have poor bioavailability in oral formulation this technique is used to maximize the topical bioavailability of drug across the nail. In this luliconazole nail lacquer is described for onychomycosis. The high permeation rate helps to reduce the treatment period for the disease.
